Burnaby Healthier Communities Partnership Initiative Two stakeholder meetings and the development of a Healthier Communities Partnership framework.
Cache Creek Healthy Community Committee Engage stakeholders in order to develop a strategic document that will inform the OCP and Strategic Plan.
Cariboo Regional District Stakeholder Lunch and Community Open House 4 events to develop partnerships, identify challenges and solutions to improve the health of low income families.
Central and North Saanich and Sidney Healthy Eating and Food Security Forum Hosting a forum to discuss issues regarding agriculture, food security and healthy eating.
Chilliwack Healthy Communities Forums Host 3 forums to develop partnerships and action in order to lead on healthy communities.
Clearwater Interagency Meetings Host and facilitate three interagency meetings with community organizations in order to learn from outside speakers and facilitators: identify the service needs of Clearwater; evaluate existing programs and services; coordinate efforts; build relationships and identify priorities for the development of social strategies.
Columbia Shuswap Regional District Moving Forward Together Toward Regional Planning Website development, action planning, community and stakeholder presentations, information sharing in order to develop a regional implementation plan for healthy communities.
Comox Active Travel to School Stakeholder engagement for active school travel planning.
Comox Valley Regional District Comox Valley Housing Expo and Planning An expo and planning sessions to increase local capacity to meet the housing needs of the community.
Courtenay Increasing Healthy Eating & Food Security Support education workshops, events, meetings for the CV Food Round Table projects.
Cowichan Valley Regional District Community Forums Community consultation forums regarding the social determinants of health.
Cumberland Trails Support a new organization to negotiate formal land access agreements. Support the maintenance of trails. Support involvement of community partners in project.
Ehattesaht/Chinehkint First Nation Food Security Steering Committee Support the development of a food security steering committee and governance/community education events.
Enderby Visioning Workshops Two visioning workshops with stakeholders and the community to create a Healthy Communities Initiative Action Plan.

Maple Ridge Middle Years Development Instrument Community research regarding social emotional development, connectedness, school experience, physical health and wellbeing of children aged 5-12. Forums to discuss priorities from this research and identify actions t improve health and well-being.

Oak Bay Active Transportation Conducting a community-based participatory study regarding transportation choices.
Okanagan Similkameen Regional District Okanagan Similkameen Forum Event Hosting a healthy living coalition forum in order to educate partners regarding the history, rationale and vision of Okanagan Similkameen Healthy Living Coalition and to hold a dialogue to address questions and explore options with potential partners regarding their role in the forum.
Osoyoos Okanagan Similkameen Healthy Living Coalition Action Plans & Events Engaging more partners in the Okanagan Similkameen Healthy Living Coalition. Surrey Bridgeview Community Connections Community engagement event in order to build social capital and obtain information regarding built environment, active transportation, leisure and recreation activities, intercultural events.
T’it’q’et First Nation Best Practice Visits and Needs Discussion Chief and Council will visit other communities that are examples of good practice. They will use this learning to inform a facilitated discussion regarding the health needs of the community and potential partnerships.
Taylor Workshop on Accessibility Assessments Workshop for staff on how to conduct assessments of accessibility for government and commercial buildings.
Skeetchestn, Tk’emlups te Secwepemc and Whispering Pines Secwépemc health caucus meeting Host a two day meeting of the Secwépemc health caucus to discuss mental wellness and substance misuse.
Tzeachten First Nation Staff Fitness and Lunch and Learns Healthy Living program for employees including exercise classes lunch and learns, etc.
Vancouver A Healthy City for All Convening a Healthy City For All Leadership Table, including a launch event and 2 subsequent meetings.
Vernon Active Transportation Host seven workshops to identify the barriers for the community regarding active transportation.
Williams Lake Community Action Plan Three half-day workshops to learn, map key planning documents, prioritize and discuss collaboration opportunities.
Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ First Nation Learning Exchanges Community engagement sessions, workshops and forums that will identify community needs and priorities to achieve our goal of creating a healthy and sustainable community.
