This workshop is for multi-sector community roundtables, collaboratives, or coalitions who are ready to take the next step in working together to define and work towards a common shared interest and the unique assets different sectors can contribute to collaborative partnerships. Through this workshop, participants will:
- Learn about the pre-conditions and conditions for collective impact
- Explore community systems and the players involved
- Work together to identify desired outcomes related to the issue, and begin to define a common agenda
- Identify next steps and an engagement plan for moving forward.
A pre-workshop self-assessment is required, and follow-up coaching and other collective impact resources will be available following the workshop.
