As part of the Healthier Communities Partnership, the Corporation of Delta in partnership with Fraser Health and Delta School District, was pleased to bring an exciting opportunity offered by PlanH to Delta, BC. 


The workshop focused on enhancing an understanding of local health trends, navigating change, and working towards collaboration on community action plans. Participants provided input on how local planning, partnerships and focused involvement can enhance community health and well-being. The purpose of the learning event was to bring together community leaders from a variety of disciplines who share an interest in creating a healthier community.

AUDIENCE

The workshop was open to all organizations involved in the community of Delta who are interested in building a healthier community together.
