PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid 19 and many people working from home, PIBC has temporarily increased its webinar capacity and we are able to offer up to 5 separate log-ons for each group registration.

Technical FAQs info on the main registration site:

Important Note About Group Registration:  The group registration normally provides for one shared connection to be used by a group together in one location, and normally there is no maximum limit to the number people that can be in a group. However, in light of the COVID-19 situation, we have modified our group registration options to allow a registered group to have up to five (5) separate login connections for each webinar, including the primary registrant.

To take advantage of this option, the primary individual registering for the group will need to enter not only their own information when registering, but also add each of the other participants in their group as  ‘guests’ during the online registration process. You will need to provide the full name and email address of all of the other participants in the group (up to a maximum of 4 guests, for a total of 5 group members). That way each individual in the group will receive the second reminder email with the webinar link, enabling them to connect to the webinar.
