How do we sustain meaningful relationships and have caring conversations to feed our souls and do the work that needs to be done? Ironically, during uncertain times, some of us find ourselves isolated. The courage to face our vulnerabilities in difficult times is often an opportunity to re-affirm our greatest strengths, in ourselves and others. This four-week online course is designed to foster positive community bonds to bring us together. In this online experience, we will explore the deepest aspects of community, using the core principles of dialogue practice. We will articulate personal and shared values in terms of community and explore how to stay resilient and healthy. Empathic leadership is imperative, now more than ever. As we have seen, there are leaders emerging at all levels of our communities. Let’s explore the heart of community leadership, together.

Learning Outcomes
In this course, you will:

Explore the foundation of what community means to us
