This year’s forum will heavily focus on community responses to climate change. The program’s three themes are: (i) Exploring the Climate Change and Health Nexus, which will explore how responses to climate change can improve community health and well-being; (ii) Role of Infrastructure in Building Better Neighbourhoods, which will consider the co-benefits of a variety of infrastructure types; and (iii) Advancing Low Carbon Resilience for more Livable Communities, which will make the case for integrating climate change resilience with low carbon initiatives can result in multiple co-benefits for communities and the environment.
