First Nations and local governments are invited to apply for grant funding to bring together elected officials from neighbouring communities under the 2015/16 Regional Community to Community (C2C) Forum program.
The goal of C2C Forums is to increase understanding and improve overall relations between First Nations and local governments. Events are intended to provide a time and place for dialogue on issues of common responsibility or interest.
Matching funds of up to $5,000 are available for applications received by Wednesday June 10, 2015. The program is administered by the Union of BC Municipalities and the First Nations Summit with funding provided by the Province of BC.
