BC Healthy Communities and Urban Matters jointly prepared a Housing Needs Assessment for Strathcona Regional District. The research component of the report featured community profiles, a contextual overview of the region’s housing and an analysis of the housing needs and affordability. The next phase of the project involved community engagement, carefully designed to be inclusive and action-oriented, featuring a community survey, key informant interviews, lived experience interviews, and informal engagement processes.
