Since 2012, the PlanH community grant program has distributed over $1 million to over 170 communities. When a community receives a PlanH grant, they are also eligible to receive in-kind support services from BC Healthy Communities to implement their proposed projects. These services can include collaborative community engagement planning, evaluation strategies, research and communications support, and relationship and partnership building. Additionally, we complete regular check ins with recipient communities and provide feedback on documents and plans created as a part of their projects.
