Cities Fit for Children
- Multi-sector collaboration and partnership development
- Cross-sector-stakeholder identification and convening
Cities Fit for Children is a biennial conference that convenes municipal leaders, child development professionals, parents, and community champions to promote collaborative, youth-friendly planning, initiatives, and policies. The conferences provide a forum for local governments, service providers, and committed citizens to promote the creation of local environments where children, youth, and families can thrive. BC Healthy Communities supports the event host selection and provides outreach and planning services.
